Terms and Conditions
By visiting or shopping at infinitygames.biz (Infinity Games) , you thereby acknowledge that you have read the following terms and conditions and all policies and privacy statements and agree to be bound and held by them.

Product Descriptions and Pricing
Infinity Games attempts to be as accurate as possible; however, it does not warrant that product descriptions, quantities in stock, prices or any other content of this site is error free, accurate, complete, current or reliable. Prices published on this site and in other media is not a definite price quotation or an offer to sell and are in U. S. dollars. Entering an order does not constitute a contact with Infinity Games until the order is accepted. Infinity Games cannot confirm the price of an item until an order is placed and accepted. Solely at Infinity Games's discretion, we reserve the right to limit, refuse and cancel orders and to terminate accounts. Infinity Games does not sell to other on-line stores and resellers.

Sales Tax
All order delivered to a New York address are subject to the applicable New York State Sales tax.

Payment
All prices are in US dollars and will be billed as such. We accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal. We will not ship any order until payment is received in full. If you are not paying with a credit card please issue payment to us in a timely manner. Any PayPal orders that have not been paid for within 3 business days, will be canceled and the items will be returned to inventory. Orders paid via PayPal will only be shipped to your PayPal shipping address.

All sales are in US dollars and the purchase price includes cost of merchandise and shipping charges from our store. Any fees, custom duties, taxes or other charges of any kind incurred after the order leaves our facilities are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Purchasers should investigate, prior to purchasing, any additional costs they may incur and pay those costs. If you refuse any shipment because of additional charges, we will refund your payment LESS shipping charges, handling fee and RETURN shipping charges. If the return shipping charges are more than the value of the merchandise, we may charge you an additional amount to cover those expenses.

Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days. Once the item is shipped, delivery depends on the shipping method chosen. Actual delivery times will vary for different locations and countries due to distance, shipping method, Postal Services, import and/or customs operations. Purchaser assumes all liability for delays or loss resulting from shipping to countries other than the US or for selecting a non-trackable shipping method.

We do not ship to shipping agents, freight forwarders, hotels, colleges, and any other 3rd party intermediary.Orders are subject to cancellation if an inappropriate shipping address or method is selected (e.g. selecting “single cards only” when purchasing a deck or booster box.)

Due to contractual agreements with Konami and Wizards of the Coast we are prohibited from shipping sealed products (Yugioh and Magic The Gathering) out of the US. Yugioh and Magic The Gathering single cards can be shipped to international destinations.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Orders are accepted on a first come first paid basis and will be shipped on the release date in accordance with our shipping policy. Pre-Orders not paid when placed are subject to cancellation. Pre-Order cancellation requests for paid sealed product, that has not shipped, may be granted and a refund issued for the amount paid less a 20% restocking fee. Single card Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled.

Please note that release dates are subject to change by the manufactures and are not within our control. If a manufacturer reduces our “allocation” and we are unable to fulfill all order, orders will be filled on a first come first paid basis.

Should you purchase both in stock items and Pre-Order items, please separate them into two (2) orders so that the in-stock items may be shipped sooner. Orders not “split” (in stock and Pre-Order items) will be shipped when complete.

Your Privacy
Infinity Games is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. You may opt out if you wish to no longer receive newsletters from us or our partners.

How does Infinity Games protect customer information?
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will Infinity Games disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
Infinity Games does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with Infinity Games. Infinity Games may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Infinity Games may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of Infinity Games, our users, or others.
